INS’AVENIR

If you’re joining Ins’Avenir, don’t worry—this journey is perfect for all future explorers like you! Your FIMI program will span three years: in AV0 and AV1, you’ll learn the essential scientific fundamentals to bring you up to the same level as students in other tracks. In the third year, you’ll be in the second year of the FIMI program. You’ll have classes, work on projects, and you’ll even be able to participate in a public speaking contest.

The atmosphere in the program is also really unique because you have such a diverse group of people who learn together and support each other a lot. The result: a class that’s often incredibly close-knit, with people who come from all sorts of backgrounds but are all working toward the same goal. By the way, don’t worry—even though the Ins’Avenir cohort is fairly small, it’s fully integrated with the rest of the INSA class. Like all other first-year students, you’ll be able to participate in many events such as orientation, the WEI, and especially the CdP campaign. It’s usually during these events that you’ll meet people from other programs, so take the time to do so! You’ll of course also be part of a miff, so don’t stress—you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet lots of people!
